The house is split level with lots of natural light, 4 bedroom 3 bath. You would have your own room and shared bathroom. The kitchen and common areas are shared. All of the shared spaces are currently fully furnished. House is 2300 sqft, bedroom is approx 110 sqft. 4-5 month lease ending Aug 31. is the expectation as that is what the rest of the house is on.
